A college degree is not the only piece in the equation. In response to current trends in today's competitive job market, CBO has begun an After College program that assists CBO scholars with developing critical job-hunting, networking and professionalism skills. CBO Career Connections provides an opportunity for CBO scholars at all stages in their education, albeit high school, college or beyond, to obtain the skills needed to successfully navigate today's job market through workshops on intervewing, networking opportunities and more.
